That's the reason they lost the midterms. Populists shouldn't trust the Right any more than they should trust the Left.
The Democrats should be proud that they once supported the Whites, who built this country, while opposing the Blacks, who were tamed savages back then and no more deserving of civil rights than farm animals are. Both parties constantly betray us and never deserve our loyalty.

Few innocent men were lynched, no more than the innocent who are judged guilty through the plutocracy's legal process. These were all know predators in the community, more dangerous to Blacks than Whites.
The reason a trial wouldn't have given the deserved punishment is that rich farmers would bribe the judges to ignore the death penalty in order to provide cheap chain-gang labor.
