This afternoon, Ohio's Dr. Amy Acton was practically in tears begging people to not let up on the social distancing. Gov DeWine expressed his anger that some churches are still holding services. If you're pro-life and Christian, he said, Love Thy Neighbor and don't put them at risk.

Fox news is completely unhinged. But what the left and democrats must come to realize is that denying a left populist movement is empowering a GLOBAL right populist movement. Modi, BoJo, Trump, Bolsarno, etc, are a realignment of right wing politics that hinges on social issues and has masterfully convinced the voter bloc that forms their base constituency that their pro corporate agenda is beneficial to the voters individually.

We need a real coalescing of the left to confront this tyrannical authoritarian quagmire. Centrism is not going to win this war.
