Freaking Idiot RINOS; They just don't get it. There is going to be hell to pay.

Cromnibus: a winter festival of unrestrained spending.

Money is once more flowing out of Congress to all manner of follies and outrages, thanks to an omnibus spending bill that funds everything except Homeland Security through September of 2015 – throwing away every scrap of leverage the incoming Republican majority could possibly exercise against Emperor Obama, ensuring that no one outside the authors of Democrat Party fundraising email spam will be talking about shutdowns, and effectively neutering freshly-elected conservatives. The GOP leadership can get through another year with its favorite wheezy excuse for not standing up and fighting for anything: Our hands are tied. Sure, the knots are a bit clumsy, but that’s to be expected when you tie your own hands. It’ll be good enough for the permanent Beltway culture, which can have a very merry Christmas, riding their one-horse open sleighs down streets coated with a fresh blizzard of taxpayer dollars, jingling all the way.

FYI, your rant omits any reference to any spending you oppose. It's just a generic rant - have you no specific objections?

The GOP leadership is just atrocious. Boehner has done all but pose for photos with Obama on illegal immigrant abd Obamacare funding. He's tried hard to ignore the conservatives and demeaned their beliefs. I'd hoped to God that an impressive showing in the elections would have convinced them to act in the best interests of America. Unfortunately that has not been the case.

So you have no problem with the increase on campaign donations....now you can donate over a million bucks....and ya gotta love that they've repealed the part of Frank/Dodd that told banks they weren't allowed to use FDIC protected deposits to buy garbage derivatives....so we are right back in the mode of bailing the bastards out....

Really? In spite of how screwed up the republican congress was from 2001 to 2007...you thought they'd learned their lesson?

Did you notice the self serving crap they snuck in? Campaign contributions up to a million bucks now? In a freakin' budget bill? Repeal of the Dodd/Frank rule about banks and derivatives? I wonder who paid and who got paid for that.

Sure. That's just one more way the Big Business GOP establishment leads yet another successful campaign over the Tea Party candidates. There are numerous ways the GOP has done so at a cost to the traditional American way. And no, it's clear they haven't learned their lesson.

If nothing else makes me walk away from even paying attention to politics, John Boehner's pulling down his pants and bending over for the Democrats will do that.
I am sick of the weak GOP.
They are going to let Liberalism bring us down.

Right...you see the GOP as if they were actually anything but a bunch of crooks, out to steal you blind...That is the biggest problem....not the "liberals".

Explain why they put the repeal of the Dodd/Frank rule about banks investing in crap at our expense....cuz now we'll bail them out again....in a budget bill?

Did any Democrats vote for it? Have you written a single syllable about that?

It's not "Rhinos". It's the GOP. This is what they are at their core. I keep telling you guys that the Republican Party is irredeemable politically. You need a distinct, separate, accountable conservative party.

Cut the cord.

It seems that the core of the GOP is not conservative at all.
That's what we've just discovered.
With Boehner in bed with Obama............ not sure where to go after the cord is cut.
There's no power anywhere.
I think I'll just walk away.

"This thread made your day".

NOTHING could show your "[Unwelcome language removed] the country as long as my side wins" attitude better than that one little sentence. How could this have "made your day" when these POS in Washington, regardless of party, keep screwing the American people, including yourself?

Grow up. For once, admit that YOUR side isn't a whit better than the other side. They're all self serving crooks who do NOT give a flying f**k about you, your mother, your father, or your kids.....

Oh, I see. After enduring your gloating over winning the election, we shouldn't be a bit amused by this thread.

Nice touch blaming Democrats for y'all voting for douche bags who lie to you and betray you every time once they have your votes. Maybe that's because you, like they, only care about winning elections. Y'all have already forgotten about "we will repeal Obamacare if you vote for us". Just like you have immediately let them off the hook on reversing Roe v Wade after every election for the past half century or so. Is anyone working on that yet? No? With all of those "pro-life" candidates you've sent there and "babies being murdered!!!" every day?

Had you been paying attention, you might have noticed that they have done nothing but bitch, threaten and take hostages for six years running. They did that because it was what you wanted them to do....obstruct and focus on the next election.

I'll let Middleview do the heavy lifting on the details of this one. Everything but the humor of it is over my head. Unlike your growing gallery of "not Obamas", he'll tell us the truth.

The incoming chairman of the House budget committee, Tom Price of GA, promises to replace Medicare with vouchers. So take heart. They aren't out of promises yet. He's a solid, dogma driven wingnut who has always said exactly what wingnuts want to hear on all of your pet issues. What could go wrong?

Cromnibus sounds like a Seinfeld holiday.
The people of America should unite in opposing this budget bill.

Progressives oppose it because the GOP/uber wealthy/banks crammed in the provision allowing more elections to be purchased by the wealthy, and because of the bailout provision that repeals a chunk of Dodd-Frank.

Pugs oppose it because, well, who knows? Pugs aren't very specific about that, but they oppose it, by gum!

So, a chance for bipartisan opposition, no?

;-)

Seems like it to me. This has establishment self-preservation written all over it.
