What is a "military grade weapon" anyway? And what "grade" weapon are we poor livestock allowed to have? On what basis are we citizens of diminished claim to a "military grade weapon" (whatever that is)?

How is it that a proper, law abiding citizen is relegated to a lower rung of constitutional right?

So many of these guys just spout off what they think sounds reasonable. They don't seem to favor equal rights at all.

Imagine if this were a First Amendment issue. "You don't need all of those free speech rights. That is "media journalist grade speech".
