Who is he? You really think the payments go into Gore's pocket? They go into projects like DTE's wind farms, or their solar projects. Are you aware that companies can get a carbon credit by cutting their emissions at one facility, and spread those credits across other facilities and keep on polluting? To me that is getting rich off a lie, and who is getting rich are the investors of those businesses.
