Court records show his criminal history is in New Mexico and Texas. One of the charges includes an assault and injury to a child conviction in Texas in 1993. Galindo is now facing charges for sexually assaulting a 1-month-old and child abuse resulting in death.

Why was he "on the street", and why was he allowed access to children, ANY children? If he committed this crime, no punishment is harsh enuf.
