First, Trump didn’t invoke executive privilege in support of his defiance any of the subpoenas. He just lawlessly flouted them.

But Parnas did claim executive privilege, since he was Giuliani’s henchman - the bagman’s bagman, if you will. A frivolous claim, as with all Trump’s lawless obstruction efforts.
