How to defeat minimum wage woes...

Yes, when the rubber meets the road is often times where the Republican idealogy stumbles. They want their own kids to go to college, and not trade school because they want their own kids to be successful. But other peoples kids are better off at trade school, because their vote is more valuable than their success.
They do? Do tell. An interesting learning...

I can’t decide whether that kind of attitude is because of abject stupidity, or a completely misplaced sense of superiority and arrogance?
It's a flaw in the cognitive process somewhere.

What makes it all the worse is the presumption of how an entire group of people think, as if people were monolithic somehow.

At least it's humorous....

Yeah the new stereotype that Starbucks Baristas all are failed liberal arts majors is pretty applicable.

Not that being a Starbucks barista is a bad job. However, when you're $30,000 in debt, it's not a good job.
Unfortunate that in our society the benefits of a classical education (an open mind, clarity of thought, breadth of knowledge) are only made available to the independently wealthy.

Non-partisan, purely intellectual education isn’t very accessible these days to anyone. Most universities just promote leftist policy.

Hmmm. Nope. It is because it is a minimum wage job. It is not intended for subsistence level wages. They are jobs that person's move on from...through betterment, advancement, etc.
There are a lot more minimum wage jobs than people entering the labor force. If everyone moved on from them there wouldn’t be enough people to do those jobs. The more people move on from them, the less the jobs they move on to will pay.

Are robots going to become accountants? Are they going to become engineers? Doctors? Auto mechanics? (Yes, there has been a lot of robot technology in car making, but Gee, Batman, Trump has certainly brought back a lot of automobile making jobs that pay very well.) Working in the oil industry? Plumbing? (I know a plumber that drives a late model Porsche). Air conditioning repair in Florida? (You wanna talk some RICH folks!)

Losers worry about skills that can be replaced by robots. If your job can be replaced by a robot, you deserve to lose that job to a robot.
Robots have already taken over many of the jobs previous performed by people with each of those titles.

Republicans hate college, Republicans can't win over the college educated.

A really stupid remark. Republicans are the most educated Americans alive today.

They denigrate the college educated in an attempt to steer young people into staying ignorant so they continue to vote Republican. The only way Republicans can succeed is for Americans to remain stupid.

Actually, the Democrat party is the one looking for the stupid vote, whether it is the welfare cheats or non English speaking illegal aliens. Only IDIOTS vote Democrat.

The most intelligent Americans of all time voted for Trump. Only a IDIOT will vote for a Biden, or a Warren or a Buttplug.
Intelligent does not mean educated. Clinton won 58% of the vote among the most educated, while Trump won 51% of the vote among the least educated.

By the law of supply and demand, the average cost of learning such a skill and getting the certifications required to apply it will equal the marginal lifetime earnings gain from doing so.
You are wrong. I speak from experience...the cost of my college was largely paid for with VA benefits. I earn well over $100k and had no college debt...
