second, it is beyond stupid to believe the Ukrainians did not know the Pentagon had released the congressionally authorized military aid on that date, they have diplomats, lobbyists, military attaches, contacts with American journalists, legislators and military leaders who also knew it was released, it was even in the papers!!

third, Mulvaney, Trump's chief of staff AND budget director, admitted he was told by Trump to freeze the aid, and also admitted it was frozen to force Ukraine to look back and investigate the 2016 election....

fourth, just the offering of a bribe is criminal, whether or not it is accepted...

fifth, Trump released the aid in September, just 2 days after the whistleblower came forth and caught trump in the act and somebody with an IQ told the fat corrupt bitch to release it as fast as possible.
