One of the things made clear in our constitution is that the government can never be allowed to become too powerful. The four main principles of our constitution are Popular sovereignty, Limited Government, Separation of Powers and Checks and balances. Of these “limited government” is the most important.
What our forefathers couldn’t predict is that education in America would attach itself to government and brainwash impressionable young people to become assets to enrich the coffers of government benefits for educators by turning education into de facto payday loan centers. Obamacare is an unsuccessful attempt to ensnare the people into a trap of government dependence, but it just demonstrates the ineptitude of government at operating anything other than limited programs.
In addition, our forefathers could not portend that the American press would devolve into a partisan propaganda network dedicated to and dependent upon the growth of government. The last US presidential election was the culmination of efforts by the people to take back control of American destiny. The people realize that preserving government of the people, by the people and for the people may be our last chance to avoid a state of the government, by the government and for the government-the exact danger our founders warned us to avoid.
When the election went south for the government the American press led an effort to undo the people’s choice for president by providing aid, comfort and a disinformation campaign in support of the government against the people. The tactic of long, drawn-out investigations of phantom wrongdoing has been effective at hamstringing the administration and even with dismal failure or the Mueller Report the government simply shifted its strategy from Russian collusion to ridiculous impeachment inquiries ala a Christine-Blasey-Ford type secret whistleblower.
It’s become painfully obvious to the government that the among goon platoon of candidates it offers the people, none have a prayer of defeating Trump, so impeachment is the only option.
The press is so effective at deception and misrepresentation that Actual election collusion, extortion and corruption by Hillary Clinton, Joe and Hunter Biden are ignored and written off by a confused electorate. The collective wisdom of the American people will prevail, and this impeachment debacle will fail. Our country is based on government of the people, not people of the government. If it’s government against the people-the people will win.
