If Trump's call was "perfect," why did WH hide transcript?

Nope. But stuffing it in the server for ultra classified intel was certainly hiding it.
Yes. What business is it of ours what server it's in?
Are there leaks from within his administration, yes or no? Has his conversation been ruled by a judge to have been illegal, does he stand accused and convicted of having committed any crime as relates the recording?

given the enormous number of the leaks thus far in his administration, it stands to reason that this recording needed to have been secured, much as I would imagine the recordings of other conversations with world leaders.

What server it resides within objectively speaking seems to make no difference, nor is it any business of the Public

The White House has already stated they put his call transcripts on a secure server because of the previous leaks of his conversations with other world leaders.

Guess who else did that???

"Former national security adviser Susan Rice acknowledged last night that the Obama administration moved transcripts of conversations with foreign leaders onto the same top-secret server where the Trump administration stored his recent phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky."

The exact same server......why whoodathunkit?

John Eisenberg — a deputy White House counsel who serves as legal counsel to National Security Council sought to restrict access to a phone call record where Trump spoke explicitly about his demands of Ukraine president.

Why hide it and tell everyone not to talk about it?

Trump thinks he can read it in a fireside chat, but then he always admits guilt and expects his base just to believe whatever he does is okay.

Because that's how you handle calls between world leaders. Duh.

Again, nothing but hearsay. This is gossip. Nothing more.

Here you go, the non-existent disclaimer that this is not word for word, comma for comma VERBATIM transcript WOW! But the base only wants to believe what Trump says...............A NUMBER OF FACTORS CAN AFFECT THE ACCURACY OF THE RECORD - Like the testimony said earlier this week - they intentionally left parts of it out - see the gaps !

This disclaimer sits at the bottom of the first page, explaining that the content is actually a memorandum based on the "notes and recollections of Situation Room Duty Officers" and National Security Council policy staff "assigned to listen and memorialize the conversation in written form as the conversation takes place." So, it's not word-for-word.

Yet, Under oath in front of Democrats

Morrison also pointed out key factual inaccuracies in testimony provided by William Taylor, a State Department official who works in the U.S. embassy in Kiev, Ukraine. Morrison said that, contrary to Taylor’s claims, Morrison never met with the Ukrainian National Security advisor in his private hotel room.

Morrison also said Taylor falsely claimed that Ambassador Gordon Sondland demanded a public statement from the Ukrainian president committing to investigate Burisma, a controversial Ukrainain energy company that paid Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden’s son Hunter millions of dollars to sit on its board.

“My recollection is that Ambassador Sondland’s proposal to [Ukrainian National Security Advisor Andriy] Yermak was that it could be sufficient if the new Ukrainian prosecutor general — not President Zelensky — would commit to pursue the Burisma investigation,” Morrison testified.

He also testified that the transcript was full and accurate, despite the claims by LTC Vindman that he thought changes needed to be made in it.

“I want to be clear, I was not concerned that anything illegal was discussed,” former NSC Senior Director for European Affairs Tim Morrison testified October 31, 2019

It makes perfect sense to stuff the “transcript” in an ultra classified server if you support hiding the evidence of Trump’s outrageous conduct. And if the conduct weren’t outrageous there would have been no reason to conceal it. It was outrageous. And criminal. And impeachable.

So you believe the witnesses that tell you what you want to hear and disparage the ones that do not?

Quite a standard you've got there.
