1) The Emouluments clause that states a President cannot use his office for personal financial gain.
2) He called upon a foreign govt (Ukraine) for help to gain information against a potential political opponent. Mr. Taylor and Lt. Vindman both have testified under oath that this is true.
I notice that there is no answer to your question. There never has been. Trump has upheld the Constitution.
Unfortunately your allegations are false. Trump takes no salary. And it's not unusual for people to lie under oath if there is incentive to do so.

1. yes. what has he gained. and or what titles was he bestowed from foreign governments
2. he asked the president of ukraine to look at crowdstrike and bidens dealings (Hunter)
3. he should be removed if these are proven in court. Taylor and Vindman have a view, as do others.
It is not a matter of him taking a salary. He makes money from his hotels/golf courses whenever he invites heads of state to come visit him, and they bring their entourages with them. You know he isn't letting them stay in his hotels for free.
Mr. Taylor and Lt. Vindman are both trustworthy men. I don't believe they would lie under oath.

1) He has gained a lot moneywise. His hotels/golf courses are much richer since he became President. Titles have nothing to do with it.
2) He asked the President of the Ukraine to look into the business dealings of the Bidens for him. Why the Bidens? Because he expected Joe Biden to be his likely opponent in 2020. This was an impeachable offense.
3) He let the President of the Ukraine know that he must cooperate or else the military aid he wanted would not be forthcoming.

This is obviously what you think. And it's apparent you don't realize that Trump hotels and golf courses have thousands of people working there - they provide jobs. But.........that doesn't count, does it? Sheeeesh!
