It is not a national emergency....

FakeName

Governor
Was it a temper tantrum when Barry Hussein declared a National Emergency 13 times?
Who is Barry Husssein?

And no Congress not giving the president the money he wants to fulfil a campaign promise, is not a national emergency.

Republicans ought to think twice before setting that precedent.

National emergencies with respect to conducting foreign affairs - where presidents have broad authority under the Constitution - are very common.

That’s to be contrasted with a “national emergency” to ignore the appropriations legislation of Congress when Congress disagrees with him on spending legislation.

... just because the President has a temper tantrum.
It is a national emergency created by the Democrats and their refusal to act in good faith in securing our southern border. And the only temper tantrum being thrown in this farce is the one being thrown by Nancy Pelosi. It basically boils down to who has the bigger pecker, Pelosi or Trump.
I'm betting on Trump.

Nope. It’s a domestic spending issue - diverting money allocated by Congress for one domestic purpose for another.

And it’s obviously not a national emergency in any event, nor does Trump’s madcap proposal address the problems he yaps about. Walls in the middle of nowhere do not prevent illegal immigration, drug smuggling, or any of Trump’s parade of horribles.

BTW, where’s those pesos from Mexico to pay for the wall? Trump promised!

;-)

Nope it's a foreign affairs issue. See, Mexico is a foreign country. Even if it's just across the river, it's not part of The United States and that makes it a foreign country. Its being a foreign country is what makes this a foreign affairs issue. And it is a national emergency. Anytime Democrats are trying to undermine the security of the country, it's a national emergency.

Hello? Trump wants to build his idiotic wall on American soil, ignoring Congress’s appropriations legislation to do so. This is not about taking action within a foreign country.

No. We care not a whit about such people until they are on US soil, and this is not a matter of protecting Americans abroad.

See above.
Wait a minute wait a minute are you saying that all these other posters on here that are posting about the humanitarian crisis on our border are in the wrong that they should not be caring one whit whatsoever about these people not on us soil?
I'm totally floored you're actually opposing even your own postings. Now you finally revealed you could give one Whit about these people they're not our concern?
