Funny how your opinions of the process have changed since Trump came into office. Seems the republicans voted Holder was in contempt of congress for refusing to turn over documents they requested.
Specifically, how has my opinion changed?

Due process afforded the President and afforded every other President in the House is "bizarre"? Wow. Your tiny brain still spits out its nonsense. Every other impeachment inquiry afforded the President that right. Why are Democrats afraid of the President's counsel being involved or allowing Republicans to subpoena witnesses? Only left wing kangaroo courts try to shut down due process and allowing ALL THE FACTS to be presented.
Compare the process of drawing up articles of impeachment in 1998 to now. What "Due Process" was afforded Clinton prior to the vote to accept the articles of impeachment?

So you are now admitting it's not an actual impeachment inquiry despite them saying so but a scam to get out only that which they want to get out?

:D

Has the judiciary committee drawn up articles of impeachment? No. What vote was held, prior to the existence of those articles in 1998? The first vote related to Clinton's impeachment was acceptance of the articles by the committee. Then there were three days of hearings and a vote to impeach.

Trump will get the same process Clinton did.

Was does Eric Holder have to do with an impeachment inquiry?
Try to follow along with the conversation. Ask The Thinker for where he brought up that it was OK for the president to refuse the request for documents.

Try to follow along as well. Democrats defended Holder from a simple oversight requirement from Congress. This President is asking for formal due process from what Democrats call an "impeachment inquiry". That's an extraordinary move. Wake up.

But it's not the same process. When Republicans moved to an impeachment inquiry they took a vote on it. This vote afforded Bill Clinton due process and gave Democrats the power to subpoena.

Why are these Democrats now frightened of doing the same? Seems a fair, straightforward request.

What was the "FORMAL DUE PROCESS" afforded to Bill Clinton prior to the Judicial Committee voting on articles of impeachment?

Trump is going to go through the exact same process Clinton did.

When Republicans started the impeachment inquiry they handed over those rights to the President. Impeachment is a serious, drastic step that could have horrible consequences for the country. Under no circumstances should an inquiry begin without giving the President his due process rights.

Like I said, the only reason they won't do it is because it is a corrupt scam. They don't want any exculpatory evidence introduced. That's corrupt.

Do you have a link to actually prove there was a vote to begin an impeachment inquiry? I'd bet not.

Which THEN and ONLY THEN did the impeachment inquiry START. It provided that the inquiry would be fair, both parties involved, and all the facts.....both exculpatory and damning brought to light before the final vote.

Good lord, the low IQ of our left wingers continues to drop.

The Judiciary Committee has not drawn up articles of impeachment. When they do and when they vote on accepting those articles, the hearings begin. Trump will get the same due process Clinton did.

Hell, Dimwingers aren't even giving the Republicans on the Committee a chance to question their so-called witnesses.

It is definitely a sham.

Then it's not an impeachment inquiry. They need to stop lying about it. This is the whole point. Christ almighty. Lol.
