You're lying if you say obama didn't start the hostilities with Libya.
Sigh....

In early 2011, a civil war broke out in the context of the wider "Arab Spring". The anti-Gaddafi forces formed a committee named the National Transitional Council, on 27 February 2011. It was meant to act as an interim authority in the rebel-controlled areas. After the government began to roll back the rebels and a number of atrocities were committed by both sides,[9][10][11][12][13] a multinational coalition led by NATO forces intervened on 21 March 2011, ostensibly

Trumps did nothing that overreached his authority. But when he does I'll be on the front door of my elected representatives unlike obama supporters just ignore and defend what he did.
why would bombing a Syrian airfield be within Trump's authority, but bombing Libyan airfields was not within Obama's?

The hostilities started long before the US started bombing Libya.

Active resistance to the government began in Benghazi on 18 February, after three days of protests. Security forces had killed fourteen protesters the previous day, and a funeral procession for one of those killed passed the Katiba compound, where clashes erupted. Demonstrators threw rocks at security forces, who used live ammunition, killing twenty-four protesters.[1] Two of the policemen who had participated in the clash were caught and hanged by protesters.[2]

Protesters around the city and in nearby Bayda and Derna attacked and overwhelmed government forces, and some police and army units defected and joined the protesters. Security forces were overwhelmed and forced to withdraw. By the end of the day, the area was almost entirely in opposition hands, with the only place still housing a significant number of Gaddafi loyalists being the Katiba compound in Benghazi

The first aircraft to conduct operations against Libyan forces were French and Italian on March 19th..

Do you have any proof? If not then you'd be lying...
I'm your proof because you must have been asleep when republicans were calling for our elected officals to place obama in check because he didn't seek congressional approval. He then used the war power act and when that ran out Nato took control of the operation. You're really dense about this, aren't you?

Violating the agreement not to have chemical weapons or did you forget that? or was obamas red lines to much for you?
Here was the part of the WMD agreement related to what Syria agreed to.
Under the Decision, which was incorporated into Security Council Resolution 2118, Syria is required to take the following actions:[28]
1.submit to the Secretariat by 4 October further information (to that provided on 19 September 2013) on its chemical weapons, in particular: "

(i) the chemical name and military designator of each chemical in its chemical weapons stockpile, including precursors and toxins, and quantities thereof;
(ii) the specific type of munitions, sub-munitions and devices in its chemical weapons stockpile, including specific quantities of each type that are filled and unfilled; and
(iii) the location of all of its chemical weapons, chemical weapons storage facilities, chemical weapons production facilities, including mixing and filling facilities, and chemical weapons research and development facilities, providing specific geographic coordinates,"

2.submit the declaration required by Article III of the Chemical Weapons Convention to the OPCW Secretariat no later than 27 October,

3.complete elimination of all its chemical weapons material and equipment during the first half of 2014, "subject to the detailed requirements, including intermediate destruction milestones, to be decided by the [Executive] Council not later than 15 November 2013,"

4.complete destruction of its chemical weapons mixing/filling and production equipment by 1 November,

5.cooperate fully with Decision implementation, to include providing OPCW personnel with "immediate and unfettered right to inspect any and all sites in the Syrian Arab Republic," and

6.designate one official as the OPCW Secretariat's main point of contact, and provide that person with authority to ensure that the Decision is fully implemented.

Assad either had chemical weapons or he didn't if he had them he wasn't supposed to have thewm therefore violating the agreement.
