As you know, the claim is not that the Kremlin physically changed any votes that were cast. The claim is that their crimes affected some voters’ decisions as to whether to vote, or how they cast their vote.

Not just Facebook ads. A whole slew of social media fake news ads, many of which were premised on lies about the Dem emails stolen by the Kremlin. And the centerpiece of Trump’s campaign in the closing weeks was also lies about the stolen emails.
To quote Trump, “I love WikiLeaks!”
