I've been recently looking at a possible move back to the west. Using Zillow just to get a rough idea as to what's going on and I started just out of curiosity looking at each state with the search filters set at the various stages of foreclosure The numbers are interesting to say the least, all these foreclosed homes are not on the market but are foreclosed or in the process
