A return to balance would be commercially unviable. The best solution may be an honest embrace of bias.

Didn't you hear? Writers can't use adjectives. If they choose the wrong adjective they will be accused of bias.I have a solution:
Return to interviewing newspapers one one, instead of filling airtime with op ed monologues. Let viewers and voters draw conclusions based on direct evidence.

indeed. so too is operating under the assumption that everyone else that is a supporter, or is not but holds certain views despite his blatant vulgarity, prevarication , etc....is the same as he.From the article:
he is a blatant vulgarian, an incessant prevaricator, and a dangerous leader
He proved to be every bit of that, and it would be disingenuous to pretend otherwise when reporting about him.
how will a large segment of the public ever put stock in journalism it considers hostile to the country’s best interests?
If he is talking about the people on the right in this country. They gave up listening to the "mainstream media " for chain email 20 yrs ago, and that for Facebook 5 yrs ago.
Will Pres. Biden be subjected to the rigor and skepticism imposed on Mr. Trump?
So far Biden has practically been called a crook for the phony kickback\ influence peddling claim made up by Trump and Rudy and a rapist for sexual assault claim that has fallen apart as fast as it was whipped up.
Trump from the very beginning was more anti free press than the press is anti Trump. And as far as the media goes. He expects in front of everyone for the right wing press to help him win election and cover up for his wrong doings as do its viewers.
The presses reaction to Trump isn't a organized attack. It is a culmination of the reaction to the downward spiral of right wing politics over the last 25 yrs.
there you go..these monoliths of thought have to goI have a solution:
Return to interviewing newspapers one one, instead of filling airtime with op ed monologues. Let viewers and voters draw conclusions based on direct evidence.
They are the same. They use his vulagrity, prevacarication etc to achieve their desired ends. They understand they have no means achieving conservative goals with him.indeed. so too is operating under the assumption that everyone else that is a supporter, or is not but holds certain views despite his blatant vulgarity, prevarication , etc....is the same as he.
exactly as predicted... they are no better than he.. two sides of the same shit. They are the same. They use his vulagrity, prevacarication etc to achieve their desired ends. They understand they have no means achieving conservative goals with him.
Trump has yet to act in the country's best interests.Sauter, also a one-time president of CBS Sports and Fox News, also asked what media coverage will look like if Trump wins a second term.
“How will a large segment of the public ever put stock in journalism it considers hostile to the country’s best interests?” he asked.
see. exactly..Trump has yet to act in the country's best interests.
What is a monolith of thought?there you go..these monoliths of thought have to go
The country is divided. It's not the media's fault. They are merely a symptom of the divisions. they are not the cause.see. exactly..
