Truly amazing how the press wails about racism when a black coach is fired but never mentions how blacks are WAY WAY over-represented among the players.

dec 31 2018 The NFL began the regular season with seven black head coaches. However, as of Monday, that number is now down to two.

Now out of work are Tampa Bay’s Dirk Koetter, the New York Jets Todd Bowles, Miami’s Adam Gase, Cincinnati’s Marvin Lewis, Arizona’s Steve Wilks and Denver’s Vance Joseph.

Bowles, Lewis, Wilks and Joseph are black, as is former Cleveland coach Hue Jackson, who was fired during the season. So the minority NFL head coaching number took a major hit, and this caused dismay from some reporters on social media.

It's that GIANT WHITE CONSPIRACY again holding down the black man. America needs more affirmative action for blacks. And raise welfare checks too while you're at it.

Both black coaches and black players in the NFL are a good example of Affirmative Action discrimination at its worst. Would anyone in their right mind try to claim that these are the best talented, and the strongest and fastest players, and that's how they got their jobs ?

Obviously, with the overabundance of black NFL players, while blacks compose only 13% of the population (and probably an even smaller % in college), this overabundance must have come from preferential hiring based ion race, not qualifications.

One can only guess how many better qualified whites were denied college and pro jobs, just because they were white, even though being better players than blacks who got chosen.
