Socialism sucks which is why Rod Stewart came to America from England for treatment of prostate cancer and it was successful. But Google it and you won't find any mention of where he was treated.

Hooray for Rod

But....let it be known there can be no doubt, that as George Orwell predicted, we are now all insignificant subjects to be controlled by the information we receive or don't.

Rod Stewart lives in Beverly Hills, Ca. and he probably went to Cedar Sinai for his treatment like the rest of the people who live there do.

Yeah I know he does now. But he sure wanted out of England....

Rod Stewart slashes price of his 26-acre estate by £1m in bid to interest buyers.
Sir Rod Stewart, 73, put his Essex mansion on the market for £7.5million in 2016
But he has struggled to sell the luxurious 25-acre Wood House estate in Epping

He has now cut the price of the property twice and is selling it for £5.95million

He once said he was going to live there 'for the rest of his life'
[but for prostate cancer] Sir Rod Stewart put the grade-II listed property up for sale in July 2016 for £7.5million.

way more americans go overseas for health care than vice versa...and why would even the most silly of all trump voters gripe about having guaranteed health care for himself, his wife, his kids, his elderly parents...health care that did not depend on what job you had and if that job had good health care benefits. the advantages american companies would have if they no longer had to subsidize their workers' insurance. the way less money american citizens and the federal government would pay, overall, for health care for all, and no one being bankrupted due to medical costs or not being covered due to lack of dough or because of pre-existing conditions.

Or the entertainment industry is based out of Southern California.
Yes because Rod Stewart did just fine out of England for decades, but suddenly needs to move to California for business reasons? Seriously, bro?

You seem confused. Let me help:

1) Americans leave the country for health care due to expense. Rod Stewart and others with the means come here for quality.

2) American health care costs are extremely high much because of bad decisions such as diet and lack of exercise.

Try to think before the usual knee-jerking, drooling and babbling.

There are plenty of other places he could have gone where he could have the got the same treatment for a fraction of the cost.

American health care costs are extremely high because of price-gouging.

yeah, silly, no other country in the world has obese slobs in the general population, only the US!! you are so out of touch with reality, it is scary. to think our health care costs are higher because we are so much more out of shape than the people in other modern countries are is so freaking stupid and backward, I am surprised any trump voter would even spew it.

let me ask you something that perhaps you can have a rational thought about-
what does it matter how awesome health care is if 20 million americans do not have access to it, including millions of kids. most people do not need healthcare any better than what Canada or Europe or Japan can offer, it is just that rich people in those countries are not allowed to cut line for any non-life threatening procedures over the middle class and poor, and are not treated like royalty while in hospital like rich people are treated here.

if you ever get rich, then you can decide what kind of pampering health care you want, okay?

The recording industry is everywhere. AC/DC's album, Black in Black, the second best-selling album in history, was recorded in the Bahamas. There are plenty of albums recorded outside southern California.
Just like the automotive industry is "everywhere". Even though corporate headquarters are still in Detroit.

yeah, Back in Black being recorded in the Bahamas back in 1980 proves southern california is not the hub of today's music recording and production process!! geez...what a master debater the thinker is...

Yet he chose the US.

And you trust the US government to cure price-gouging???? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
medicare costs less per patient, with mainly older, less healthy folks, than regular health care. read something. why would you think a middle man, the private insurance companies who make billions in profit for not doing anything, would cost less per patient than NOT having a middle man draining billions of dollars for doing nothing?
