The autopsy is consistent with two possibilities: he was shot with his hands up as some of the witnesses said, or he was shot in the back as others of the witnesses said.

The video at the convenience store is clear too, he was taking his property after paying for it. Not that Wilson would have been justified in executing him if he had stolen.
