Yes Trump is terrible at news conferences- when looked at through the prism of past presidents. I also get your point he rants and raves, though not sure I agree. I think the American people will decide whether his speaking style is a liability after they've observed the results of being president for a while. Obviously he already has his core support that love him. If he delivers reasonable success, more will be OK with his style.
