C-14 is the isotope living creatures exhale, and plants love it. When C-14 decays it turns into Nitrogen-14, and nitrogen is an important nutrient for all life. I've gone over the isotopes more than enough times, MA, and it does no good when people cover their eyes and nahnahnah.
