She used the "experience" card as in I have first hand experience with the policy and it just happened to be an experience that had to do with a race. I don't see it any different than a candidate who speaks from experience base any other policy. Had the topic been healthcare and Biden brought up the fact that he lost a son to cancer ? Would he been said to have played the cancer or lost loved one card had he spoke about it in regards to healthcare ?
