Documents and witnesses were supposed to be deposed in the house. It's not a republican cover up, it's democrat incompetence.

It is the Senate's job to try an impeachment based on the findings of the house and the defense of the accused. This means that the house is in charge of fact finding in order to present its case. If the house doesn't have a sufficient case, that is the fault of the house, not the senate.
