I’m not using self-reported incarceration rates (except in the case of the U.S. which has a long history of lying and likely a much higher rate than is acknowledged). I am using CIA estimates (likely therefore to be substantially exaggerated).

If your concern is rape (for example), why are we talking about Muslims at all, instead of men who are rapists and what can be done to stop them? It’s as if you said the U.S. needs to get the murder rate down, and I have a couple examples of Amish people who committed murder and started spewing hate against the Amish.
