Well maybe he enjoyed the Sam Kinison clip........ or maybe Mrs Dawg will ... HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
The 7 words you can't say on TV.......I liked Carlin
86 the bullshit of it's just Republicans
You can shut it on and off? Interesting.
Who’s your favorite comedian?
George Carlin was great. Did you know that the IRS was fvcking him up the azz the last decade or so of his life for back taxes? His accountant had screwed him over and the IRS wanted the money. Surprisingly as far as I know he never went after the IRS for this.
The government has a nasty history of driving great standups to an early grave.
No, you can't sue the car company unless it was through their negligence
He was great. Louis Black is now the next best thing.
You most certainly can sue. It's up to a jury to decide if it was through their negligence.
We're done here.
Why are you posting questions to Self.....................that's pure insanity
and Willie Nelson but not Al Sharpton.............
We now live in a sue happy country, spill hot coffee on yourself sue, etc/etc
it's why everything we purchase cost more due to the damn warnings needed to be placed on the product to avoid lawsuits......Lawsuits are now a Lottery if can be won.
I guess you couldn’t figure out that that was directed to you.
Or you figured it out but you wanted to dodge the question.
Pretty sad either way.
You posted to yourself...........that's insanity
The double dodge.
No, you cannot sue a company after its product was MISUSED.
Ok, enough with this dumb shit.
There is no way in hell you are this dumb. You couldn't be, otherwise you wouldn't be here, you would have died long ago having forgotten how to fukin' breath.
Being I agree you are not unintelligent the only reason you persist in trying to argue this feeble-assed, at BEST, completely futile most likely, position is your unhealthy fear of others exercising a right you hate so I am going to lay this out so that even a hard core gunaphobic can not dispute.
If, as you maintain, this law is a case of the republicans protecting ONLY the gun and ammo manufacturers, that would be because they are the only product manufacturers who NEED such a law!
See, the long and short of it is, these are the only couple of industries lunatics on the left actively, openly seek to destroy in order to destroy the Bill of Rights that they have been so unsuccessful at changing to suit their personal desires. If this ever works THEN there will be other industries that they feel will help wipeout something else they dislike that will need protection.
You like saying people COULD sue the gasoline manufacturer whose fuel propelled a vehicle into a crowd, that they are not protected by law, right? Well, that is because no one would ever think to do such a thing, let alone that it would hold up in court. No one in their right mind would even think of doing that.
For example, if you went to the emergency room after a light bulb you shoved up your ass for shits & giggles shattered and cut up your gizzard, would you or your family really try to sue GE because you used their product and you "could"?
If you or your boy friend contracted Aides would you or your families sue the Rainbow Coalition because the way they marketed their gay pride parade played on your emotions and made you think it would be so cool to be gay, just because you "could" I mean?
So, AGAIN, you know what this is really all about. I know what this is really all about. And worst of all for YOU is that you know that I too know.
As I said previously, stop pussy-footin' around, man the fuk up and just own this shit.
I will still disagree, I will still not like it, but at least I could respect you for taking a position and sticking with it to the end.
If the gun is working correctly, then you should LOSE! Manufacturers can only be liable for the performance of their products, not their usage.
Unless there was a defect in the gun, the shooter is wholly liable. Anything else is wrong.
you posted to yourself=insanity
The NRA/GOP ran a protection racket for the gun industry, passing laws to shield them from liability. Now that's coming to an end. Good.
Separate names with a comma.
