I say yes ... if ...
1) They did not come here by their own choice. Meaning their parents brought them as children
2) They can qualify for the military. Meaning they can pass the physical, background and other tests
3) They complete their service and are discharged honorably
Also, they can keep their nuclear family here only. Meaning spouse, children. Not parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, etc.
If they came here as adults illegally, no way they should be allowed to stay by joining the military. They should go home and apply for the military from there like other people who want to use the military as a short cut to entry and citizenship
