So the audio of the Brown shooting...

Supports the theory that he was executed while trying to surrender. I wonder how many Wilson supporters will acknowledge that.

On the 12-second clip, it is possible to hear a series of what appears to be quick pops, followed by a brief pause and then another succession of rapid shots. St. Louis attorney Lopa Blumenthal and her client, who wishes to remain anonymous to the public, took the recording to the FBI on Monday. Blumenthal says she counted 11 shots fired.

So he was shot at a few times from behind as he ran, one of which hit him in the right arm. He stopped and turned around, coming back toward Wilson (perhaps as some witnesses say, putting up his hands) and then Wilson resumes firing, and Brown falls forward, taking the last shot in the top of his head as he is headed face first into the ground. So he ends up with his head about ten feet from Wilson. It doesn't take long for a 6'4" guy to cover 20 feet, especially when the last six and a half feet is just the distance between his feet and his head.

And one thing we do NOT hear is any shouts from Wilson directing Brown to get down, which was Wilson's story.

The guy bullshitted his brains out and the prosecutors didn't call him on it. They viewed themselves as being on his "team."

Wow. You DO claim to hear Wilson shouting on that audio clip?

I suggest intensive psychotherapy.

;-)
If you honestly believe that that I claim something that I didn't even imply, you are the one who needs psychotherapy. It wouldn't help you, however, because you know you're being dishonest and a bald face liar.

It says "alleged" audio.

Wilson didn't "come for the minor criminal". If Brown hadn't attacked Wilson, he would be alive to loot and strongarm again. You people act like Wilson shot Brown on sight and that's just ridiculous.
No, he shot him dead as he tried to run away. If he'd been the son of a Wall Street CEO, this shit would all be going down differently, wouldn't it?

The known facts do not support your assertion. You want to believe that Brown was an innocent shot by a racist cop for being black. The facts, the investigation, the procecutor, and a grand jury who reviewed the known facts say otherwise.

What evidence do you have that makes your third and 4rth hand information better than their 1st and 2nd hand information? What makes your judgment superior to all of theirs?
