So, what should we do about health care reform?

It is clear that the composers of the CIA factbook use national self-reported figures. I never implied otherwise.

The U.S. does not embargo humanitarian goods to Cuba (including food) and I'm sure Canada or Europe would tell the U.S. to [Unwelcome language removed] itself in the selling of even radiation containing medical products. You'll have to bring proof on that.
The impact of the economic crisis and the US embargo on health in Cuba.
CONCLUSIONS: To be consistent with international humanitarian law, embargoes must not impede access to essential humanitarian goods. Yet this embargo has raised the cost of medical supplies and food Rationing, universal access to primary health services, a highly educated population, and preferential access to scarce goods for women and children help protect most Cubans from what otherwise might have been a health disaster.

Leaves you wondering what kind of leadership in Cuba for several decades would allow this to happen to their population. All of it for the sake of dictatorial power decade after decade under a false a facade of democracy.

I never said it was a quote. But all his promises were of that nature. He had to be trusted with unprecedented power because only he could fix things. He was going to be an agent of change who would “drain the swamp” that was the U.S. as we knew it.
So you think "make America Great Again" means Make America different? That's just stupid. You're just babbling. You haven't made a coherent point supported by reality

No No No That was Oblammo. His wife even said so. That they had to Change our History ?

MICHELLE OBAMA: "Barack knows that we are going to have to make sacrifices; we are going to have to change our conversation; we're going to have to change our traditions, our history; we're going to have to move into a different place as a nation."

ForeverObama is making some bizarre point that has to do that if Trump ever told a lie then something. I'm waiting to hear what "something" means since obviously Trump has told a lie before. More than one ...

the consumer is fucked over because now nobody wants to make a God damn thing because it's all being stolen all over the place because of these protections that you don't care to have that are now removed.
There will still be inventions if patent protections are removed. There are still new technologies being developed in places where patent protections are far weaker.

That will continue to diminish as people become more cognizant of the fact that they're hard investment is being stolen from them oh, such that they will be less likely to risk it

I didn't presume any such thing. We were discussing patent protection and your desire to allow intellectual property to be stolen.
I don't believe knowledge is property. You certainty don't have to share it, but people can come to come the same intellectual conclusion independent of each of other and they owe one another nothing.

Do you believe that where knowledge is applied with specificity, let's say to the derivation of a particular treatment for cancer, that the person or persons expending that intellectual capital and perhaps significant monies, are entitled to recoup some aspects of that investment?

Not to mention that not everybody can do that, right? So it has some value to the individual expending the effort, and likely the society that needs it

Nobody is entitled to anything.
Even with the current patent system in place, people can file a patent on a worthless piece of junk, and they would rightfully recoup nothing.

If there is a demand for it, a supplier will fill it. The patent system just makes that process less efficient.
