Robert Byrd was elected by his constituents and only his constituents. He apologized profusely for his time with the KKK...and he has been dead for four years. You still want to condemn him for a position he held years ago and apologized for...and again, he is now dead, so the "same" people...whoever they are...cannot go and vote for Robert Byrd.
