When Trump fired a shot of at freedom of religion, he lost Iowa Christian vote to Cruz, that turned the race. Doesn't matter which religion you target, attack the freedom and all religions will run from you.

I think people see him as an entertainer, not a serious candidate, both religious people and non. He is an Apprentice politician, and not a very good one at that.
