Then post and actual senate rule saying such a thing exist. The fillibuster rule existed. We know that because your party took a real vote, in the real senate, to get ride of it. Now show me a Biden rule voted on by the senate in any shape or form of any kind.

Why don't any of the "biden rule" folks see the "until AFTER the election" part?

    This is a rhetorical question.

    Oh my, what drama....
Obama brought us a foreign policy that has strengthened our enemies alienated our allies and left much of the M.E. in flames, not to mention the enormous human carnage. Because of that, much of Europe and Scandinavia is overrun with a hostile refugee population and liberals would like to see that going on here in the U.S.

Domestically, race relations are at an all-time low, so is the job participation rate, medical costs are skyrocketing and liberals are having a very public meltdown.

Those of us not living in an elitist bubble see that the Obama reign has not been beneficial the U.S. or the world. That's why the White House, Congress, governors, and state legislatures are now dominated by Republicans.

None of Trump's proposals will harm the country, let alone bring "doom." We, as a nation have just come off eight years of decline. They have been long years for many of us and since Trump has only been president for about three months, I'd say you've just begun to grieve.

You'll see. You wingers are slow on the uptake. Here's a rule to make things easy to remember - Dem presidents leave behind better conditions than they inherited, and GOP presidents leave behind worse conditions than they inherited. Trump will be the worst one yet since his policies are terrible GOP policies AND he's nuts.

You don't know where you are. You're just furious. Pissed at the world. Miserable.

Nope, I'm as happy as a puppy with two peckers. My guy is President and he's hell bent on erasing Obama from the collective American memory.

Nah, nothing makes you happy. It's obvious. You're full of rage. Hopelessly miserable.

1 example: 26% of Americans, but 44% of S.C. justices, disagree with Roe v. Wade's legalization of abortion in every state.

It was within a Senate majority's power to choose to hold hearings.

McConnell didn't even preside over the Senate, much less squelch floor challenges to his agenda with the brutal violation of his own chamber's rules that we saw with Gingrich as House Speaker in the 1990s. Nothing was stopping Senators from calling a vote to hold hearings on Garland, except the knowledge the vote would be lost.

1 reason conservatives celebrate justices like Scalia: the sort of argument that what is politically preferable is constitutionally allowed and indeed mandated, and that although for substantive purposes the Constitution is a "living" document, procedures not spelled out but attributed to the Framers on the (often but not always) correct assumption that they shared the same political views of "good government" as 21st-century liberals must be followed to the letter. Here they rightfully discern a threat to the very possibility of constitutionally limited government.

Race relations "at an all time low"? Worse than, say, during slavery?

Of course, but that will never happen, so will remain a miserable, rage-filled wretch.

This is why you're so miserable - you're too delusional to know that your hopes and dreams will never come true, and your unrealistic hopes and dreams consist of wishing for others to suffer. You live a very sad, wretched life.
