I don't ask people about their individual healthcare decisions. Do you?do you know anyone who kept their kids on their policy until 26? I do. Know anyone who was denied coverage before the ACA? I do. Do you know anybody on a policy they couldn't have afforded before 2010? I do.
That's a fair question.you think they actually compete?
1. My son was on my policy until he was 26.I don't ask people about their individual healthcare decisions. Do you?
Single payer does not eliminate insurance companies. It does limit their premiums. That's a fair question.
I do know, however, that they won't if there is a single payer system. And that's not good.
Nope, people nowadays are conceiving beyond the traditional means. So you think a male can get a male pregnant 'butt-bumping' or a female eating a vagina, damn, no wonder you had to go to Cambodia to get a woman!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
All well and good, but that's anecdotal evidence, and does nothing to alter the fact that Democrat and Republican leaders are in agreement that Obamacare did not live up to the hype and failed to deliver. Like it or not, that's just the fact of the matter.1. My son was on my policy until he was 26.
2. Aetna tried to drop my wife for a pre-existing condition before the ACA.
3. Yes, I have spoken to people who either have a policy from the exchange or
someone in their family does.
It's not the actual policy that right-wingers disagree with. They just don't like the branding. What's important to them is quibbling over the definition of "Affordable". Out of 2,700 page legislation their only problem is a single word.do you know anyone who kept their kids on their policy until 26? I do. Know anyone who was denied coverage before the ACA? I do. Do you know anybody on a policy they couldn't have afforded before 2010? I do.
Insurance coverage is expanded and the unethical practices of the health insurance industry ended. So... success. All well and good, but that's anecdotal evidence, and does nothing to alter the fact that Democrat and Republican leaders are in agreement that Obamacare did not live up to the hype and failed to deliver. Like it or not, that's just the fact of the matter.
That's the claim.Insurance coverage is expanded and the unethical practices of the health insurance industry ended. So... success.
Did you come up with alternative an plan yet? That's the claim.
That's not what occurred under Obamacare. So....failure.
Great topic for another thread. This one is about Obamacare.Did you come up with alternative an plan yet?
Then tell us what you want to do about Obamacare.Great topic for another thread. This one is about Obamacare.
Then tell us what you want to do about Obamacare.
Obamacare has nothing to do with your doctor. It was health insurance reform.Personally, I believe the less the government is involved in my healthcare, the less government bureaucracy between me and my doctor the better. Perhaps I am not alone in that.
Not my only problem with it.It's not the actual policy that right-wingers disagree with. They just don't like the branding. What's important to them is quibbling over the definition of "Affordable". Out of 2,700 page legislation their only problem is a single word.
Clearly it is.Not my only problem with it.
It limited options. Decisions made by bureaucrats instead of individuals is, in my opinion, a poor alternative.Obamacare has nothing to do with your doctor. It was health insurance reform.
In what way does it limit your options? It limited options. Decisions made by bureaucrats instead of individuals is, in my opinion, a poor alternative.
