That is your projection, based on the hypothesis that the evidence-based community’s consensus is wrong. The scientists on the other hand are projecting that the effects of increased GHG emissions and the positive feedback loops they are releasing will overwhelm the (mostly upper atmosphere) effects of the solar minimum. In a democratic socialist society an intelligent voting public and the technicians at their disposal can determine which investments are harmful intelligently based on the needs of the workers and not merely the imperative of maximizing profit.

No. If not for the resistance of the capitalist class, socialism would have no need for government and bureaucrats. The growth of the bureaucratic state (capitalist or socialist) is a direct result of intense class struggle.
