They can't be charged for their official acts as POTUS under US law. But crimes as an individual are on the table just like anyone else. Trump is being investigated for crimes he committed as private citizen, like his falsifying his tax returns and possible money laundering.

As far as the International Court that is explicitly for acts his acts of POTUS that are against the international community. US law does not hold sway over the decisions of other countries in regards to acts committed by our leaders.

The only way they can do that is if the senate cooperates and allows witnesses. That will give dems the opportunity to use their media sock puppets to smear republicans.

Trump allowed everyone that Mueller wanted to talk with to testify during the investigation and released immediately every piece of information that Mueller asked for. Trump answered Mueller's questions in written form. He completely cooperated. Democrats ignored the results of the investigations and continued with their persecution of the president. Trump is completely within his rights not to cooperate any more.

Executive privilege, as exercised by every other president before him, is perfectly acceptable. Democrats, however, couldn't even wait for the court challenges to be ruled on. The second article should be thrown out on it's face, since no ruling was made on Trump's use of executive privilege.

Democrats, in a more sane time in our nation, would be shunned for being the corrupt children that they are. Trump was right in that the democrats control the news and that is a danger to the American people.
