Trump gutted that. and didn't replace it.

Now we are paying the price.

No it is a fact that we are way behind in getting testing kits out.

It is a fact that until the crisis we had no pandemic response infrastructure, and now Trump is appointing people trying to catch up.

Those things are simple verified facts.
