Trump Lawlessness Episode 5,342: Kellyanne Conway

Nutty Cortez

Dummy (D) NY
The government does not employ political actors. The employ people involved in the governance of the country.

No, the president does.

For the 3rd time

OSC is required to let the subject of an investigation read and respond to the report before it is finalized. That doesn’t seem to have been done here.

The White House is saying that employees of the Executive Office of the President are employed as political actors, not as members of the administration.

Because OSC opinions are only advisory in regards to presidential appointees, in other words, they can’t require the White House to do anything with their opinion, this was simply an act of defiance and a bit of acting out because Conway made it clear where she stood.

She is being paid by the taxpayers, she is a government employee.

Is she part of the administration ? Nope.

One need only do a simple Google search to find that Obama-era Housing and Urban Development Secretary Julián Castro also allegedly violated the Hatch Act, yet he kept his job.

Would it not be plausible to suggest, then, that the standard which the OSC claims President Trump is on the brink of setting had already been set by former President Obama?

How many times did he violate it?

If Kellyanne would have learned her lesson after the first time and discontinued the violations it would have been no big deal. Everyone could have marked it down as a forgivable mistake. Instead She has made it clear she has no intention of complying with the law which is why she needs to be fired.

Did you read the article ?

Obama gave Castro a pass. And Sebelius as well. Same will happen here.

Let it go.

Tulsi Gabbord violating the Logan act last year when she went to Syria- Maybe Trump will go after her for that since laws mean so much to you.

Castro, Sebelius, and Garbbard learned their lesson.
Kellyanne got a pass... the first half dozen times. Now is time to up the punishment until she does learn the lesson.

Governor
Conway has violated the Hatch Act since Day 1, her violations of the law have often been pointed out, and she just keeps doing it.

So, a fed ethics agency has confirmed her violations of the Hatch Act, and urged Trump to fire her.

Fat chance, right? Trump no doubt just chuckles when it’s pointed out that he and his toadies have violated laws. Shucks, Conway knows that. Her reaction when people have pointed out her violations of the Hatch Act have included saying “Blah, blah, blah” and “Let me know when the jail sentence starts.” She has not the slightest concern that Trump will follow the law.

Just the latest example of Trump’s complete lawlessness...

How is President Trump's CAMPAIGN MANAGER exercising her constifuckingtutional right to free speech somehow a crime of the President?

Trump has followed the law more than any Democrat president in history. (Not a hard thing to do since the last few Democrats were [Unwelcome language removed] criminals.)

Oh, and guess who else the DOJ accuses of violating the Hatch Act.

USPS: The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) violated federal law after it allowed its employees to participate in union-funded campaign work for various Democratic candidates while on leave from the agency, a 2017 Office of Special Counsel report said.

Should they be prosecuted as well, or are you having trouble seeing things cause of the fumes from that burning cross you've been maintaining ever since President Trump took the oath of office?

Trump shares your dislike for the Hatch Act. So, he allows his people to violate it at will.

One of countless examples of Trump’s complete lawlessness.
