Trump surrenders in Census “citizenship” fight

Of course Democrats are already letting illegals vote in local and school board issues. It’s a short path to allow “all taxpayers” to vote and the Democrats know it.

By the time I’m right about this it will be far too late to stop it. The Dems are pushing this HARD and trying it on every level.
What does any of that have to do with the citizenship question on census?

Don’t read we’ll do you?
You’ll have overcounted and given over-representation to sanctuary areas encouraging increased invasion by illegals. More members, more votes, more sleazy politics and Third worldism.

The census has always included immigrants

as posted America was a "full banana republic" before Barry O removed question in 2010 and leftist go "winner"

If Chicago protected their blacks as they do illegals, oh well:

The citizenship question was only on the long form since 1950; the long form went to a small subset of households. The long form was discontinued in 2000. 2010 was the first census year it wasn't used, but it wasn't Obama's decision.

As much as he wanted to go “full banana republic” and add the citizenship question to the Census despite losing the SCOTUS case, Baghdad Barr must have convinced him that he would lose again for sure. So, Trump surrendered.

Of course, Trump being Trump, he lies and pretends that he can accomplish the same thing through data reporting by other agencies - something that was in the works already to “estimate” citizenship. But, Trump lost, plain and simple.

The ironic part is that Trump lost the SCOTUS case for one reason - he and his toadies got busted lying to the courts about the reason they wanted to add the question to the Census. Turns out that Trump’s lying sometimes carries a cost.

Not that Trump will cease his relentless lying - it’s his lifetime M.O.

Are you happy with his decision?
