Trump thinks he's above the law

1. He orders Mnuchin and IRS to not comply with legal request of Congress to release his tax returns.

2. He's bypassing the Senate confirmation process by appointing ACTING directors instead of nominations for the "advice and consent" role required in our Constitution.

3. He suggested to Border Patrol to do his illegal bidding.....that he'd issue pardons to cover them.

I invite others to add to this list.

Sometimes he not only violates his constitutional duty to implement the laws, but he even actively sabotages them and litigates against them, as with the ACA.

He has turned the USA into a completely lawless nation, with the full support of his rabble.

Yes, Republicans and Trump don't "like" Obama's PPACA.....so they'll ignore the legal precedents....and have OUR (not Trump's) Dept of Justice fight against it. More cruelty from Trump.
Republicans and Trump's rabble have no use for democracy. They'll choose an autocrat who thinks he's above the law every time.....because "he bashes Dems."

Translation: We fully support Trump’s sabotage of our laws. Sure, his constitutional duty is faithfully enforcing the laws of the land, but we like to lay out the Constitution on the ground and piss all over it.

Trump’s new wackjob pick for the Fed, Stephen Moore, has even said as much. He is not a fan of democracy, and prefers autocratic rule...

It’s all so surreal.

It would've been considered surreal back in the Eisenhower years. Now it's just an indication of how far right the Republican party is. Trump knew that base would be easy pickings....for his anti-democracy, autocratic inclinations. Every time Trump tells a lie, it's chipping away at democracy.

Trumpies are so similar to brown shirts of the 30's. Trump is the savior and light yet we move so far from the real light, Christ, to believe rumputin.

Since when is challenging something in our court system laying "out the Constitution on the ground and pissing all over it"?

You are completely clueless as to how the US Govt operates under the Constitution.

Well Julie is stupid.

She's female, a leftist and too old to change. Thats 3 strikes and you are off to the funny farm.

Julie is the type of dupe who either is in a teachers union or some other union and is a 'fan' of the democrat party. Like someone would root for a sports team.

It doesn't take a brain or intelligence. Just a little drool, about a 45 I.Q. and allegiance to a political party who has no clue who you are.

Well first, of course, Trump’s sabotage of the ACA was not limited to litigation. He has relentlessly taken a variety of steps to sabotage it outside of the court system. In addition, he could not get Congress to pass a law repealing it, so he added litigation against it to his sabotage efforts.

How can all of that be squared with a president’s constitutional duty to faithfully implement the laws? It can’t be done. So, Trump and his cultists just lay the Constitution out on the floor, and piss all over it. As people like you clap like trained seals.

The UAC (Unaffordable Care Act) was not constitutional when it was passed. It violates the US Commerce clause.
It only passed the first time because Chief Justice John Roberts had left his one remaining testicle in his wife's purse that morning and because he is a closet snowflake.
