The madman-in-chief first posted this threat on his “personal” Twitter page and then moved it to his White House page.

Issuing threats of violence is a direct violation of Twitter’s usage rules, and Trump knows that, so he intentionally violates the rule. Why? Because he wants to change the subject from the horrific virus catastrophe he has created, and to appeal to racists. A twofer...

If Trump wants to turn them into a publisher, then Twitter will start to have to police Trump's tweets even more. Trump tweets are full of slander, defamation, in this case inciting violence. Twitter even cuts Trump slack as a public official - they allow him to get away with tweets that would be deleted and possibly result in discipline if posted by ordinary people.
