Rebuild With Biden!
Trump just simply refuses to follow protocol. He had better learn how the president is to conduct himself pertaining to endorsements of products.
He would have broken the law if he had in been office already.

President-elect Donald Trump encouraged his followers in a tweet Thursday to "buy L.L. Bean," a move that could get him in trouble should he send similar tweets as president.
“Thank you to Linda Bean of L.L.Bean for your great support and courage. People will support you even more now. Buy L.L.Bean," Trump tweeted Thursday morning.
The Office of Government Ethics prohibits executive officials from using their position to endorse organizations, products or people, a regulation that President Obama extended to include presidents themselves.
"We strictly forbade this when I was in the White House for the President and everyone else,” Norm Eisen, Obama's former ethics czar, told Politico. “How can you ask others to follow it if he doesn’t?”

While Trump’s tweet Thursday did not break any rules, similar tweets as president would, unless he should choose to change the White House policy.
Eisen told Politico that even if Trump changed the White House policy, he could face problems with the STOCK Act or anti-bribery law, which include the president.

Trump's tweet followed a $30,000 donation from the granddaughter of an L.L. Bean board member to a Trump super PAC, The Associated Press reported. The donation exceeded the total donation amount allowed for the super PAC, making it illegal.
