Trump can't keep his lies straight. Something has to be morally and medically/mentally wrong with him. His own cabinet's tweets on the link prove he lied.

Following Trump’s meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the G20 summit in Germany, the President took to Twitter to declare that “sanctions were not discussed at [his] meeting with President Putin.”
White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer has indicated that Trump’s tweets are, in fact, “official statements.”
This, then, would signal the latest instance that Trump and his own cabinet members have directly conflicted each other with their statements.
