Kerry had coastal duty, which he thought would look good on his resume. Then he was transferred to Brown Water where a man could get hurt really bad. He wanted no part of getting hurt so he parlayed three band-aid wounds into a trip out of Vietnam. His wounds were wounds that most soldiers would wrap a sock around and keep on fighting.
But Kerry took the chickenshit way out and left before his tour was up. That's why I call John Kerry Heinz a coward and a traitor.

That's the way it's been with our presidents the past few decades.
1. Clinton fled the country to dodge the draft.
2. Bush did the minimum possible in the Air Guard.
3. Obama wouldn't have even been considered because he was essentially a terrorist in college.
4. Trump also dodged the draft, though he didn't need to flee the country like Clinton.
If you want to bring back military service as a requirement for the presidency, let's have a look at your current crop of candidates. We can bump all of them except Buttigeig and Gabbard. You good with that?

It is too complex for brainwashed Americans to believe that someone can perform heroically in war but, in a radically changed America, see that such service has no value with a pre-destined ruling class full of both pro- and anti-war unpatriotic spoiled and sheltered sissyboys.
So Kerry saw a political niche in being an anti-war combat veteran. He had gone to war under the illusion that what Joe Kennedy told his sons still held, "If a rich kid uses his Daddy's connections to avoid combat, the class-conscious American people will never elect him to anything."
To avoid having their sons also make that sacrifice, which they owe more than anyone else for the special and totally unearned benefits they extract from us, a later generation of plutocrats had to add matters of life-and-death to their unAmerican set of birth privileges. They used their cradle-to-grave mind control to make real Americans hate their Daddies for not getting rich and spoiling them. That's why we never felt a lethal resentment at being told we should be proud to die taking a Preppie's place.

When was Osama bin Laden convicted of a terrorist act? I never said Obama got caught. Quite the opposite, he got away with it largely by playing it safe and not trying to join the military, for example, where he would have been found out.
What terrorist act are you accusing him of...we had ample evidence against bin laden...You have nothing to back you up...but then you never do.
We'd be bumping Trump as well.
