I do not get close enough to bugs to identify them,but Red Cloud is right on that one! It is not a spider! I do know a spider when I see one,and that is not even close!

Wookie, you are segmented if having an "ass end and a head" is the identifying feature. Segmented in the same proportion has nothing to do with it. Since you have your head up your ass most of the time, the segment would not be immediately noticeable.

I'm beginning to think that Cotton is having a lot of fun with all of us. That picture he posted is of a god damned tick, but ticks don't grow to nickel size. Hmmm, maybe this one got into his Viagra supply.
