Where did he say that when he said he would make America great again he wasn’t referring to obesity?

If he wants Mexico and perhaps the rest of Central and South America to pay for the wall, tax the remittances that are sent back. We should be taxing that regardless of the wall.

I am not claiming that Trump had that in mind when he continually stated "Mexico will pay for the wall", but taxing that money is how you would do it.

Just as an FYI, countries do not make out actual checks to one another in any circumstance.

    New Trump rally chant...

    Trump: What do we want?

Trump rabble: Some steel slats, or whatever!

Trump: And who’s gonna pay for it?

Trump rabble: Mexico, indirectly, through a tweaked NAFTA that may or may not be passed, and will result in no money to US coffers in any event! In other words, we will!

    ;-)

    From THIS MORNING!!!!

I often said during rallies, with little variation, that “Mexico will pay for the Wall.” We have just signed a great new Trade Deal with Mexico. It is Billions of Dollars a year better than the very bad NAFTA deal which it replaces. The difference pays for Wall many times over!
