Corporations claim they're broke ,file for bankrupt asst. lose the stockholder's money don't pay their creditors yet the C E O s & Exec. officers take home millions & millions of dollars.It seems to me that there's a skunk in the woodpile.Maybe we need a stockholder's protective assc. instead of a board of directors.
