Why doesn't Trump release the tape (in the special server) of the call to Ukraine?

WELL...all we got was a "short" so-called transcript of the tape of the phone call to Ukraine. The tape is stored away where it'll be safe from prying eyes...so nobody will be able to HEAR what was actually said.
