I have simply stated that the essence of capitalism is free markets. Any economic "system" that attempts to "control" markets isn't capitalism. So as soon as you start introducing socialist policies in a free market system, well, we're not in Galt's Gulch any more, there, Dorothy...

What country was once capitalist whose system you would like to restore?
Haven’t markets always required tremendous state interference in order to keep private property alive? Wasn’t bureaucracy developed by the bourgeois class to help it rule and haven’t the biggest bureaucracies (aside from the metasthesized Stalinist regime’s such as the Soviet Union, etc.) developed in the countries with the “free market” economies?

The USA post emancipation was a pretty good example. The markets and people were both rather free, until the progressives decided to start labeling the successful "robber barons" and implement market controls to counter their success. They certainly didn't need "tremendous" state interference to ensure private property rights. The "bureaucracy" was (and is always) developed by the progressives to control (and thwart) free persons and markets. Your admission regarding the Stalinist regime proves that bureaucracy development isn't a function of the "free market."

Really, seems to me they needed those buffalo soldiers to clear the way for those railroads and mines, lots of government jobs to address employment, and a welfare state to address the failures of free-market capitalism.
I have checked them out. They always rubber stamp, rule TRUE, anything that reflects positively on a Liberal/Democrat subject and rule FALSE anything that reflects negatively on same.
IF they stay in the Democrat Party...YES.
