Will GOP launch 9 Benghazi-like investigations about Niger deaths?

I guess that would depend on whether or not the Trump Administration blames their deaths on something completely unrelated in order to cover up for a failed policy in an election year.

Soooooo I am guessing no.

Your take is that the 9 Benghazi investigations were undertaken just to explore the role of "the video"?

Do you think it's as big a difference as the difference in integrity between Democrat & Republican parties?

They were undertaken because the Administration purposely lied about the attack, it was never based on a "video" and they knew that from day one.

Neither party has much integrity, if any at all. But to equate a terrorist assault on a US diplomat to instigated combat is ludicrous.

Are we to investigate every military operation in which soldiers die?
First, your dodge is duly noted.

Second, most Americans didn't even know we had soldiers in Niger. Why were they there? What happened? Did they have the protection they deserved? What was Trump doing as the attack occurred and after the fact?

You know - the same kind of questions the GOP asked ad nauseum about Benghazi. Should the GOP not have one investigation to answer those questions, having held 9 Benghazi investigations?

Recall also that there were over a dozen terrorist attacks on US embassies and compounds during the GWB era.

The number investigated by the GOP when GWB was president? Zero.

The number of investigations of Benghazi? Nine.

There was no dodge. Equating the attack on Benghazi with an active military operation is retarded. I'm embarrassed for you.

The Niger operation wasn't a terrorist attack. It was a military operation. Really, can you be this retarded?

Absurd. We are told that terrorists killed our soldiers.

Of course, we don't know for sure what happened, because there have been no investigations. Just the way you like it.

This from a man who doesn't know the difference between 3 billion and 10 billion...

Yet...the DoD is conducting an investigation. And why not? They screwed up and 4 soldiers are dead because of it. Who was in charge? Who failed to equip the soldiers properly?

...The probe will examine the military's preparation for the operation as questions swirl about the quality of the U.S. Africa Command's intelligence reports, including why the October 4 ambush wasn't anticipated, CNN reports.

The soldiers, part of a 12-strong Special Forces team led by Green Berets, were on their back from a meeting with local community leaders when they were ambushed by a group of 50 ISIS-affiliated fighters armed with machine guns and rocket propelled grenades, according to CNN. The soldiers were reportedly only armed with rifles and their vehicles were not armored. The attack lasted 30 minutes until French air support dispersed the militants and helicopters evacuated American forces...
